Reception Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure profiles of guests are updated so we can create memorable experiences on return visits.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Log any guest comments or feedback and effectively communicate within the team.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the reception and guest service departments, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure revenue is not being written off, and that daily Adjustment Reports are sent to Accounts with the day's banking.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
