The role: We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Manager to join the team at Harbour Hotel Richmond.
This is a full-time opportunity offering between £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus.
As Reception Manager, you will ensure every guest receives the best customer service. You should be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, team motivation, and all aspects of Front Office operations including guest feedback, team training, administration, banking, billing, and revenue posting. A minimum of 2 years’ Front Office management experience and full knowledge of OPERA are required.
