Key responsibilities of the Reception Manager:

• Ensure all guests receive a positive, warm, and professional first impression and are seated promptly
• Manage bookings efficiently, ensuring fair table allocation and staggered reservation times
• Manage, train, and lead the reception team
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and specials
• Handle payment methods correctly and securely

About you:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Solution-oriented, able to work under pressure during peak times
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent English language skills
• Friendly, professional, charismatic, and enthusiastic
