Salary / Rate of pay: Up to 35,000 p.a.

What's involved?

As a Reception Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of the reception desk and leading a team of eight staff members, whilst training, coaching, and motivating the team plus managing the budget.

We are preferably seeking candidates with a background in IHG or Marriott brands, proficiency in Opera PMS, and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role at a hotel reception.
