Location: Situated in one of England's prettiest villages, The Slaughters Manor House is a beautiful 17th Century manor house, offering attentive service and featuring one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Cotswolds. With 4 AA red stars and 3 AA rosettes, it provides a quality hotel environment in a picturesque setting. The hotel is open Tuesday to Saturday, ensuring most employees have Sundays and Mondays off.

Service Charge: We pay our team a monthly service charge, which is pooled and 100% distributed among all team members. This can amount to approximately £250 per month (around £3,000 annually) for full-time staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the reception and night teams.
  • Ensuring stationeries are stocked by managing orders via Procure Wizard.
  • Training new staff to uphold our standards.
  • Participating in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
  • Recruiting new talent when team members leave.
  • Hosting guests from check-in to check-out, including reservations and local recommendations.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations.
