Vacherin in London is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team within a professional corporate environment. You will deliver a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and manage reception, meeting rooms and client-facing areas.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, superb customer service and attention to detail, with day-to-day involvement across facilities and wider operations. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, in City of London.

• Experience in corporate reception is essential.

Salary:£43,400 per annum + discretionary bonus

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:30pm

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house operation within a professional corporate environment.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage and support the reception team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and ensuring reception, meeting rooms and client-facing areas are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Our Ideal Candidate

Candidates with direct corporate reception experience would be particularly well suited to this role. Experience from hospitality or retail may also be considered where there is strong transferable front‑of‑house and leadership experience.

• Experience leading or supervising a front‑of‑house team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished and confident in a corporate environment
