The Role:
- Supervise the Front Office Team
- Ensure team members deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
- Create memorable first impressions for all hotel users
- Assist in evaluating service levels and customer satisfaction
- Organise, delegate, and address business needs efficiently
- Promote the hotel’s loyalty scheme and maximize room occupancy at optimal rates
- Implement up-selling techniques for hotel services and facilities
- Support departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
- Monitor team appearance, standards, and performance
- Assist with training, performance management, coaching, and development
- Maintain product knowledge regarding services and pricing
