About the role:
- Assist in supervising the Front Office Team as the Reception Manager
- Ensure team members are prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
- Manage first impressions for all hotel users
- Support the Front Office Manager in evaluating service levels and customer satisfaction
- Organize, delegate, and address business needs effectively
- Promote the hotel’s loyalty scheme and maximize room occupancy at optimal rates
- Implement up-selling techniques for hotel services and facilities
- Assist with departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
- Monitor team performance, standards, appearance, and conduct training, coaching, and development
- Be product knowledgeable, familiar with services and pricing
