About the role:

  • Assist in supervising the Front Office Team as the Reception Manager
  • Ensure team members are prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
  • Manage first impressions for all hotel users
  • Support the Front Office Manager in evaluating service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Organize, delegate, and address business needs effectively
  • Promote the hotel’s loyalty scheme and maximize room occupancy at optimal rates
  • Implement up-selling techniques for hotel services and facilities
  • Assist with departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor team performance, standards, appearance, and conduct training, coaching, and development
  • Be product knowledgeable, familiar with services and pricing
