Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience, so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. You’ll be responsible for the guest's stay, reviewing room allocation, advising on rates, packages and promotions, handling guest issues and complaints, and maximizing revenue.
Previous experience within a front office, reception, or front of house position, or equivalent.
People management experience.
