RAC has a new opportunity for a Reception Handler on a 6-month FTC based in our Bradley Stoke office. The role involves taking inbound calls from customers and supporting the Legal Advisory team to meet service levels and business objectives, in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks for conduct of business.
You will handle calls from both internal and external customers, demonstrating empathy and objection handling skills. An excellent eye for detail is essential to maintain accurate audit trails for each case processed.
Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm. Shift pattern to be agreed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with legal and insurance queries within a financial services team, and prior call center experience handling customer queries via telephone. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
