Hays are partnering with a well-known charity to recruit for a Reception/Day Concierge on a temporary basis.

Your new role

As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will ensure a smooth sign-in and sign-out process. You'll handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency, while also taking on a variety of general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for cash handling.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in cash handling

What you'll get in return

  • £12 per hour
  • 42 hours average over two weeks (week 1 - 36 hours, week 2 - 48 hours, 8am - 8pm, occasional Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Temporary for 8 weeks with possible extension
