A local educational authority is seeking enthusiastic and skilled teachers at William Harding. As a year group, the team share workload to support wellbeing, in areas such as shared planning, extra-curricular activities, resources, displays and other tasks.
We offer a rigorous CPD program in which teachers take part in weekly CPD based on the needs of the school in staff meetings and on inset days. In addition to this, we offer bespoke training for the needs of staff.
In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2022, online searches will be carried out on all shortlisted candidates. The search is not part of the shortlisting process itself, and candidates will have a chance to address any issues of concern that come up during the search at interview.

As a 4-form entry school, all of our teachers work in teams of 4 teachers, one of whom is the Year Lead who works to support the class teachers. Our Curriculum at William Harding is based on schemes to support with workload.
