SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher for an independent preparatory school in Camden. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to give young learners the very best start to their school journey.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and has experience teaching within EYFS.
• Understands child development and the EYFS framework.
• Able to create an engaging environment that fosters independence and curiosity.
• Maintains high yet nurturing expectations for all children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Reception lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Develop children's early literacy, numeracy, communication and physical skills.
• Provide opportunities for learning through play, exploration and discovery.
• Monitor progress and identify individual learning needs.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive and well-organised classroom.

You'll create a nurturing, stimulating classroom where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn. Through creative teaching, purposeful play and carefully planned activities, you'll help pupils develop the foundations they need for a successful transition into Year 1.
