Marchant Recruitment is partnering with a nurturing primary school in Potters Bar to recruit a Reception Class Teacher. You will plan and deliver early years learning in line with the EYFS framework, creating engaging indoor and outdoor provision that supports communication, literacy and numeracy skills, while building strong relationships with families.

They seek a warm, creative educator who understands how young children learn through purposeful play and positive interactions.

Qualificações

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and practices.
• Able to create a warm, structured and stimulating learning environment.
• Understands safeguarding and children's individual needs.
• Available to start at short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Create engaging indoor and outdoor provision that supports development across all areas of learning.
• Build early communication, language, literacy and number skills.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress to inform next steps.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and families to support each child's development and wellbeing.
