Are you a skilled, experienced Reception Teacher looking for a new role? If so, we want to hear from you.

Teach Plus are currently working with a 'Good' school in Barnet, they are looking for a passionate reception teacher to join the team from September.

The primary school are committed to making sure that school is a safe place that allows everyone to thrive both academically and socially.

The primary school are looking for a reception teacher who is going to be able to come in and help the children transition into Key Stage 1.

As a Reception Teacher you will be required to:

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom, ensuring resources and materials are easily accessible for children.
  • Support children with additional needs, providing tailored support as required.

The ideal candidate for a Reception Teacher will have:

  • Practical experience in a Reception class or similar early years setting. Experience required
  • Understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Experience required
  • Experience in observing and assessing children's progress, writing reports, and using this data to inform future teaching strategies.
