Receptionist Administrator

Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a professional and friendly environment? We’re working with a well-regarded law firm with multiple offices across Dorset, now seeking a capable and proactive individual to join their small but busy Weymouth office.

This is a key front-of-house and support role that requires someone who is confident working independently, able to manage a varied workload, and who takes pride in offering a warm and professional welcome to clients both in person and over the phone.

The Role:
As Receptionist/Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Front desk/reception duties: greeting clients, handling calls, managing incoming and outgoing post

  • General administrative support across the office

  • Assisting with file opening/closing, scanning, filing, and document management

  • Supporting fee-earners, predominantly within Residential Property and Private Client departments

  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar reception/administration role, ideally within a professional services setting

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • A warm and professional manner with clients and colleagues alike

  • Legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential

The Offer:

  • Salary between £26,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience
