A leading staffing agency in the UK is seeking a Reception Administrator for student accommodation in Dundee. The role involves welcoming residents, managing enquiries, and supporting office tasks. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Friendly, approachable and professional manner.

  • Responding to enquiries in person, by phone and email, providing clear information and assistance.

  • Assisting the management team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Weekly Health and Safety tasks.
