Overview

We are currently recruiting to a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 2 Reception / Admin Assistant to join our Integrated Sexual Health team. This position offers 37.5 hrs per week, reception cover is required across the main hub; Wilberforce Health Centre and the Hull and East Riding area, working flexibly to ensure all shifts are covered. The successful candidate will support the reception and administrative duties, playing a vital role in the smooth operation of the service.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day function of the reception desk and prioritise tasks
  • Ensure processes and deadlines are met efficiently
  • Maintain attention to detail and produce quality work
  • Work independently and as part of a team; maintain good communication and confidentiality
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection guidelines
  • Demonstrate good organisational and computer skills and adaptability to learn patient record systems
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Well-organised with good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working across the Hull and East Riding area and Wilberforce Health Centre shifts
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn patient record systems
  • Strong communication and confidentiality awareness
