About the role

Our Receiver team members contribute to building memorable experiences by receiving and unloading new products in the store's warehouse and stocking the retail floor. We appreciate our Receiver team members for their support in initiatives that help provide the best in-store experience for shoppers across Canada. What you’ll do

1. Maintain a positive environment in the store
2. Receive and unload new shipments
3. Store inventory in the correct areas of the warehouse
4. Stock the retail floor when necessary
5. Count all inventory and report any discrepancies
6. Keep the warehouse organized
7. Provide excellent customer service
8. Support in the delivery of promotions and programs
9. Assist customers with general inquiries
10. Keep department area organized
11. Maintain established health and safety standards

Experience Required

• Resourceful and courteous when resolving inquiries
• Motivated to learn new things and deliver positive customer service
• No previous experience required; training will be provided to set you up for success!

What you bring

• Flexibility to work various departments and hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout your shift

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche : $17.40 - $19.80 / heure. This is a unionized position with pay rates set in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The stated range is the starting salary.
