Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Payment reconciliation and monitoring shared email boxes.
  • Allocating payments and dealing with emailed queries.
  • Preparing refunds and taking telephone payments from students.

Responsibilities

The role is within the Receipts Team, which is part of the University’s Transactional Team within the Finance Directorate. The role is responsible for the posting of the University’s payments and income. Tasks include:

  • Payment reconciliation
  • Monitoring shared email boxes
  • Allocating payments received to correct accounts
  • Dealing with the emailed queries or forwarding to relevant department
  • Preparing refunds
  • Taking telephone payments from students
  • Assisting with queries
