Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a QA professional to test and validate real time ticker plant data feeds. You will contribute to regression tests, automate where possible and support deployment cycles in a fast-changing, data-driven environment.

The role requires shell scripting, UNIX experience and the ability to work across QA, Operations and Product Management. You will be handling changes to feeds, ensuring data quality and reliability, with occasional out-of-hours

Qualifications

• Professional working knowledge of shell scripting and regression testing.
• Experience in a UNIX environment (Linux/UNIX).
• Experience in a QA or software testing environment.
• Experience in testing through a project lifecycle to deployment.
• Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-changing environment.
• Structured, organised, and methodical with strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and test new data formats, enhancements and changes to designated feeds on the Real Time Ticker Plant.
• Manage changes from specification through testing and deployment on production systems.
• Coordinate and track changes across systems for successful implementation.
• Maintain automated regression testing suites and expand as required.
• Support production deployment after hours as needed.
• Provide input to technical and user-facing documentation.
