Job summary

Future Talent Group is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to shape interfaces for UAV ground control, telemetry, and configuration systems. You will own the full UX process while delivering hands-on front-end work to support mission-critical platforms.

Join a fast-growing tech team and collaborate with engineers across software, hardware and systems domains to translate complex data into clear, usable interfaces for diverse users.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer or Product Designer with front-end build capability (not design-only).
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process, not just visual polish.
  • Comfortable designing for complex, data-heavy or real-time systems.
  • Solid front-end skills (React or equivalent) to prototype and ship your own designs.
  • Confidence collaborating directly with engineers on a fast-moving product roadmap.
  • Genuine ownership of UX/UI across a growing product suite, not a single feature.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and building user interfaces for UAV ground control, telemetry and configuration systems.

  • Translating complex, data-dense operational information into clear, intuitive interfaces for technical and non-technical users.
