Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning and data analysis.
• Ability to review, analyse and present data clearly.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor staffing allocation to achieve service level objectives.
• Add on-the-day activities into WFM for shrinkage reporting.
• Balance resources across workflows for optimal utilisation.
• Plan coaching sessions, meetings and events.
• Produce Intraday reporting on workload vs forecast and service levels.
• Manage Calabrio WFM system administration.
• Support preparation of client MI weekly and monthly.
• Assist with review of MI to investigate anomalies.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client review meetings.
