Job summary

Intermedia Intelligent Communications is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Developer to join the Dev & Engineering team. You will build backend services that expose live metrics and frontend dashboards showing real-time data for contact center supervisors and leaders.

The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to Bristol or London. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent and 4+ years of experience, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript frontend (NodeJS,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in software development.
Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript toolchains (NodeJS, Angular/AngularJS, React).
Backend experience with .NET technologies including C# and ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, scalable frontend dashboards and backend APIs/services for live, near-real-time data.
Build and evolve frontend dashboards and APIs to support live updates.
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of existing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and refine technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Document development processes and code changes.
