Job summary

Derbyshire Constabulary is seeking a Real Time Intelligence Officer to provide 24-hour intelligence support. You will research, develop, and share information with key stakeholders to inform decision‑making, while accurately recording intelligence to support future research.

You’ll undertake open-source research to assist live incidents and contribute to cross-border and inter-agency investigations. As part of your development, you’ll have the opportunity to become an accredited Intelligence

As a Real Time Intelligence Officer, you will provide vital 24-hour intelligence support. You will research, develop, and share information with key stakeholders to inform decision‑making, while accurately recording intelligence to support future research.

You’ll undertake open-source research to assist live incidents and contribute to cross-border and inter-agency investigations.

As part of your development, you’ll have the opportunity to become an accredited Intelligence Researcher by completing the Intelligence Professionalisation Programme, gaining recognised intelligence skills and experience.

You’ll be
