Jain Global in London is seeking a Quantitative Developer to own the risk technology platform, overseeing capture of positions, real-time risk metrics, and scalable risk calculations for a global hedge fund.

You will build APIs, dashboards, and data pipelines, partner with risk managers and researchers, and lead a small team to deliver reliable, low-latency software in a fast-moving financial environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years building and operating production systems in software engineering.
• Strong grounding in distributed systems, concurrency, service design, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in hedge fund or similar financial institution preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and own risk calculation and exposure aggregation services end-to-end.
• Develop real-time risk monitoring systems, including limit frameworks and alerts.
• Build REST/gRPC APIs and dashboards for risk data across the firm.
• Collaborate with risk managers, quant researchers, and trading technology teams.
