Job summary

Talan in London is seeking a skilled C# Redis Developer for a hybrid role with 3 days on-site. You will contribute to a real-time P&L and risk analytics platform used by Fixed Income Rates and FX desks globally, collaborating with developers, traders and quantitative teams.

Responsibilities include building scalable services, real-time data processing, and driving Agile practices with strong emphasis on test-driven development and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong C# / .NET development experience.
• Experience with Redis Cluster.
• Solid understanding of TDD and automated testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture.
• Build and support real-time data processing for P&L and risk analytics.
• Work on out-of-process services, system integrations and data materialisation layers.
• Drive Agile practices, including TDD and automation.
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NY, and APAC.
