Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Manchester is seeking a Real Estate Underwriter to join our Real Estate team. You will develop underwriting expertise, support referrals, and collaborate with brokers and customers to quantify and price risk.

The role offers a hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the Manchester office and opportunities to progress within one of the world’s leading insurers.

Qualifications

• Previous Real Estate or Property underwriting experience would be advantageous, but we are open to candidates building a career in underwriting.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
