Our work spans sectors such as commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail, and hotels.

We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work and life.

  • Handle large transactions across multiple jurisdictions, with deals ranging from £60m to over £1bn, offering opportunities for rapid advancement.
  • Lead your own work, engaging directly with clients and collaborating with tax and real estate teams, supported by experienced colleagues.
Minimum criteria

To join us as an Associate Director, you should have:

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification or equivalent
  • UK corporate tax experience, preferably in real estate
  • Experience in supervising and developing junior staff

Preferred skills include UK real estate market experience and business development skills, including relationship building with key accounts.

Additional skills that would be advantageous include:

  • Tax structuring for property transactions
  • International tax advice and cross-border transaction due diligence
  • Business development and proposal leadership
  • Tax compliance advisory
  • Setting up property funds, including REITs

Our culture encourages interaction with leaders who are genuinely interested in your growth and contributions. We support flexible working to help you balance personal and professional life.

Beyond work, you can make an impact through initiatives like secondments, charity fundraising, or supporting entrepreneurs globally. Our drive to do the right thing reflects our core values: purposefully driven, actively curious, and candid but kind.

We seek individuals eager to contribute, innovate, and exceed expectations—people committed to doing what’s right for the firm, clients, colleagues, and themselves. That’s how it should be.
