Job summary

Internwise is offering a paid internship for students currently studying a RICS-accredited real estate or property-related degree in Greater London. This role provides practical experience in commercial surveying, supporting the agency team with property listings and market research.

Interns will receive mentorship from experienced surveyors and gain insights into the RICS APC process while contributing to client reports and attending training sessions.

Qualifications

• Currently studying on a RICS-accredited real estate or property-related degree.
• Strong interest in commercial property and a career as a Chartered Surveyor.
• Confident communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support the agency team with property listings, marketing, and viewings.
• Assist in market research and due diligence.
• Shadow and support surveyors during inspections and negotiations.
• Contribute to client reports and investment appraisals.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the agency team with property listings, marketing, and viewings
• Assist in market research, comparables and due diligence
• Shadow and support surveyors during inspections and negotiations
• Contribute to client reports, investment appraisals, and landlord updates
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and client briefings
