A growing, tech-enabled company is seeking to add a 1-4 PQE Property Counsel. This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brands

The Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters, including:

• Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issues
• Stakeholder engagement and process improvement initiatives
• Supporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharing

This is a hybrid role based in Bradford (minimum two days per week in office), using the latest legal tech and supported by an experienced Senior Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified solicitors with 1-4 years' PQE (CILEX also considered)
• Interest or experience in wayleaves, telecoms infrastructure, or Code powers

The company is based near Bradford and offers hybrid working, with two days per week in the office. On offer is a competitive salary and good package, with substantial opportunities for development.
