The Real Estate department is one of the firm’s strongest performers, generating over £6 million annually. The team is 20+ strong, with four partners, senior associates, solicitors, and chartered legal executives working closely together. You’ll run your own varied caseload while also working alongside senior colleagues on more complex deals. Expect landlord and tenant matters such as leases, assignments, surrenders, plus sales and purchases of both owner-occupied and investment properties. You’ll also advise on secured lending and finance transactions, including sale and leaseback arrangements. Business development will be part of your role too, from building strong client relationships to representing the firm at networking events.
