Job summary

Foot Anstey in Belfast is seeking a Solicitor in Real Estate. You will advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and asset management.

The role is office-based with a strong client focus and a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll work with developers, investors, lenders and public bodies, building long-term client relationships while supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the growth

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) with a strong foundation in commercial property work.
• Experience within energy and infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded with the ability to take ownership of matters and prioritise.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
• Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team culture.
• Proactive, driven and enthusiastic with a commitment to excellent client service.
• Interest in innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and asset management work.
• Support clients involved in energy and infrastructure projects, helping to deliver strategic land agreements and renewables initiatives.
• Work with diverse clients including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants and public sector organisations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Property team to deliver practical, commercially focused advice and excellent client service.
• Build strong client relationships and develop your own network to support the team's long-term success.
• Share knowledge, support junior colleagues and contribute to the team's growth and development.
