Role
You will be working in a highly rated Legal 500 Real Estate team, working on exciting, large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, retail, investment, pedicure and infrastructure to name a few.

Your role will provide you with exposure to the full range of Real Estate work related to these key projects, such as negotiating/drafting leases and options, securities, servitudes, portfolio management, conducting due diligence, and much more.

Working alongside renowned colleagues you will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the leaders in the space as a solicitor with a clear progression pathway.

Ideal Candidate

• Is a driven Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE
• Able to handle a diverse set of cases and collaborate with a wide range of clients, with a keen interest in fostering and growing client relationships.
• Is technically strong with up-to-date and relevant Real Estate knowledge
• Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients alike
