Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor

A leading Real Estate team acting for clients advising in UK law firm has an immediate requirement for a Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor to join their Winchester office. The firm is a UK law firm looking for a Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.

The Real Estate team works across a range of disciplines and advises on significant development work, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, and major land transactions. Working closely with the Partners, there will be ample opportunity to be involved in business development.

The work will involve managing a commercial property caseload, including:

• Development work
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Asset management
• Major land transactions
