Real Estate Solicitor
Leading West Midlands firm seeks 2 Solicitors to join their busy commercial property team.
The first role is for a NQ-2 solicitor and the second role is for a 4+ PQE solicitor. The work on offer is varied and will encompass a full range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, options, overage and secured lending.
The firm acts for a wide range of clients including investors, lenders, charities, individual and corporate landlords and tenants, pension trustees and investment funds.
