REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR, NQ+

Location: South Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE

An award-winning Top 100 law firm is expanding its Real Estate team. This well-established firm across the UK is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its Sheffield office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing your own caseload of commercial real estate transactions.
  2. Working closely with experienced colleagues on major real estate projects.
  3. Handling a diverse range of clients, including corporate organizations, high street chains, developers, investors, and financial institutions.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
  2. Recently qualified solicitors with at least one seat in real estate during training are encouraged to apply.
  3. Strong commercial acumen, drafting skills, and a proactive approach.
  4. Ambitious, tenacious, and client-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
