Job Description

A London office of a national UK law firm has a requirement for a 2+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor. The Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, dedicated and talented team working upon a full case load involving:

1. Investigating Title.
2. Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements to include Leases, deeds of easements, surrender, and variation.
3. Liaising with other teams such as Property Litigation, Planning, Construction, Development, Investment, and Commercial.
4. Acquiring land, sites, and commercial property.

Skills

The Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE and have an understanding of Part II of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act. Knowledge or experience of housing development would be useful.

Salary to £70,000
