BCL Legal is proud to be working with a top-tier Scottish firm as they look to expand their market-leading Real Estate team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for two experienced commercial property solicitors - one at mid-level (3+ PQE) and another at senior level (6+ PQE) - to join a highly regarded team working on some of the most exciting real estate matters in Scotland.

The Role

The successful candidates will join a busy and dynamic team handling a wide variety of real estate work across multiple sectors, with high levels of autonomy and client exposure.

· Advise on a full spectrum of commercial property transactions, including:
o Sales and acquisitions
o Leasing and lease management
o Development and investment work
o Corporate support transactions
o Portfolio management
o Property funding and telecoms
· Act for a diverse range of clients including investors, developers, retailers, healthcare providers, and leisure/hospitality operators
· Play a key role in client relationships and business development
· Support more junior lawyers and contribute to the strategic growth of the team
· Hybrid working structure with flexibility tailored to individual needs

About You

This role is ideal for experienced solicitors who are passionate about real estate and keen to develop within a firm that values ambition, client service, and team contribution.

· 3+ PQE and 6+ PQE, ideally with experience in commercial property law
· A strong technical understanding of property transactions
· Commercially minded with excellent client service skills
· Motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

· For senior candidates: a desire to mentor and take on leadership responsibilities
