I am keen to speak with ambitious Real Estate Solicitors seeking to join a growing Real Estate division. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide legal advice to a range of clients, including the public sector, local, and central government. We are looking for an experienced lawyer to negotiate contracts and advise on all matters involved in the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial properties across various sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their technical development.

We are looking for a confident, personable lawyer who excels at delivering exceptional client experiences. You should have:

  • Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and finalise contracts and lease documentation with precision and efficiency.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, fostering their professional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a clear and concise style, free from jargon.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
  • Confidence in your technical ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with public sector clients is advantageous but not essential.
