Real Estate Solicitor

Are you a passionate real estate solicitor looking for high-quality work, a supportive team, and room to grow? This is your chance to join a dynamic national team in their central Bristol office.

You can expect to work alongside experienced partners on an impressive range of real estate work, particularly residential-led development and strategic land. The team also advises on

  • Commercial and mixed-use developments
  • Regeneration and investment projects
  • Natural capital and environmental solutions (biodiversity net gain, water and nutrient neutrality)
  • Agricultural matters (contentious and non-contentious)

The successful candidate will get stuck into high-profile, complex matters from day one, with real opportunities to build relationships with well-known clients and make your mark.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in real estate development and a commercial mindset
  • Solid experience in residential or commercial development, or wider commercial property work
  • Around 1-4 years' PQE
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to build client relationships and your own profile
