An exciting opportunity has arisen at a top international law firm for a talented real estate lawyer to step into a pivotal Senior Knowledge Lawyer role within a well-established, top performing Real Estate practice. This is a strategic, part-time role (4 days per week) with scope to make a real and lasting impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and delivering intuitive knowledge tools, templates, guides, and internal resources
Monitoring legal developments and delivering insightful, timely updates to the team
Leading internal training and supporting external client training initiatives
Collaborating with marketing to produce thought leadership and enhance market visibility
Championing legal technology, AI, and innovative approaches to knowledge sharing
Supporting firmwide KM initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Advising fee-earners on complex legal queries and encouraging a knowledge-led culture

Ideal for a qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ real estate experience, preferably spanning both contentious and non-contentious work. You’ll combine strong technical skills with commercial awareness, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for knowledge sharing. Experience in training, project management, or innovation will be highly valued, as will a passion for legal tech and continuous improvement.
