Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential sellers in Sewell, NJ, to deliver exceptional customer service during listing presentations.
• Clearly explain recommended asking prices and emphasize key selling points to help sellers understand the best price for their home.
• Coordinate open houses, home inspections, and showings efficiently.
• Provide regular updates to clients on their property listing to ensure satisfaction and improve customer service ratings.
• Respond promptly to all leads and potential homebuyers to establish a strong client base.
• Follow up with leads in a timely and effective manner.
• Execute database campaigns for marketing purposes.
• Schedule listing appointments accurately.
