Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Property Listings & Marketing – Source, list, and promote properties through digital platforms, portals, and networking.
  • Market Knowledge – Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate trends, communities, property laws, and investment opportunities.
  • Viewings & Negotiations – Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting properties effectively, and negotiate offers between parties.
  • Negotiation & Closing Ability – Confident in handling offers, objections, and finalizing deals.
  • Target Achievement – Work towards targets with a focus on delivering results and driving company growth.
  • Networking Skills – Ability to build and grow a personal client portfolio through referrals and prospecting.
  • Team Collaboration – Share market insights, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.
  • Professionalism & Integrity – High ethical standards and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient with CRM systems, online property portals, and digital marketing tools.
