Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in buying and selling residential properties in Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and nearby areas.
• Conduct property showings and organize open houses for potential buyers.
• Engage in negotiations for contracts, offers, and counteroffers to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide clients with market analysis, property valuations, and strategic advice.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Generate qualified leads and inquiries to increase sales and maintain strong client connections.
• Utilize Team Goran’s tools, systems, and resources to offer excellent client services and ensure smooth transactions.
• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, market values, and legal requirements specific to Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and Ontario.
• Manage contracts, listings, and other essential paperwork effectively.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• A valid Ontario real estate license or active pursuit of obtaining one is a requirement for this position.
• Proficiency in the English language is a necessary skill.
