Role Description:

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize performance across a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets.
  • Analyze market trends, demand drivers, and competitor performance to inform pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Collaborate with asset management, operations, and development teams to align revenue initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning for assigned assets or regions.
  • Leverage data analytics and proprietary tools to drive strategic decisions and maximize asset value.
  • Partner with brand and third-party platforms to ensure effective channel management and rate positioning.
  • Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to on-property and regional revenue management teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality or real estate investment sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing asset performance across a multi-property portfolio.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and data interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including asset management, finance, and operations.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
