Job summary

Viewber is seeking freelancer Property Appointment Specialists in the UK to help show properties to potential buyers and tenants in their spare time. Roles include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, and inspections, with flexible scheduling and appointment-based pay.

If you are punctual, reliable, fluent in English and hold a DBS/AccessNI certificate, you could join a nationwide network that lets you accept or decline invitations within your chosen radius.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• DBS/Disclosure certificate (within last 3 years)

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Meet & greet appointments and coordinate access to properties.
• Provide photography, floor plans and inspections as needed.
• Accept or decline appointments within your radius and schedule availability.

We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
