Job summary

Viewber invites you to join as a freelance Property Appointment Partner in the UK. You can accept or reject invitations, helping buyers and tenants by conducting property viewings, meet & greet sessions, videos, and photography in your spare time.

Typically paid per appointment (e.g., £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing) with higher rates for longer tasks across a nationwide UK network. DBS/AccessNI checks are required, and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct freelance property appointments in your spare time.
• Perform property viewings, meet & greet, video viewings and photography as needed.
• Create floor plans and assist inspections when required.

We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
