About the Role

Viewber is seeking freelance property appointment agents to show potential buyers and tenants properties in their spare time. Assignments include property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, basic photography, floor plans, inspections, and more.

Pay and Flexibility

Payment is per appointment, typically around £19.00 for a standard 30-minute viewing, with higher rates for longer or specialized tasks. Work is flexible and on a freelance basis, with invitations sent via email within your preferred travel radius across the UK.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
• Reliability and comfort working independently.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate issued within the last 3 years.
