Pearse Partners are looking for an Analyst to join our client's Real Estate team.

The ideal candidate will have 18–24 months of relevant experience, with a strong analytical background and a demonstrated interest in real estate investment and transactions. Exposure to M&A or corporate finance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the underwriting and execution of real estate transactions across Europe
  • Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market and asset-level research to support deal origination and due diligence
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring and performance reporting

Requirements:

  • 18–24 months of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, or related fields
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional fluency in German, French, or Dutch is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to M&A, transaction advisory, or investment underwriting
  • Familiarity with the European real estate market
